Our skilled nurses are able to provide care such as:
- Patient assessment
- IV therapy
- Wound care – post-op, wound VAC
- Ventilator-dependent patients
- Oxygen therapy
- Apnea monitor
- Tracheotomy
- Nebulizers
- G. tubes/ G. tube feeding
- Colostomy
- Medication administration
- Indwelling catheters
- and other general nursing functions, as the case may be; as per doctor’s orders.
Unskilled Nursing
Personal care, companionship, home management services, and activities of daily living:
- Bathing/bed bath
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Skincare
- Toileting
- Errands
- Eating/feeding
- Transferring
- ROM exercises
- Ostomy care
- Turn and reposition
- Catheter care (ie, empty urine bag).
- Accompany to social functions
- Appointments Medication Reminder
- Assist/shadow during ambulation
- Laundry and ironing
- Linen change
- Light housekeeping: vacuuming and dusting
- Cleaning patient’s toilet, etc.
- Grocery shopping
- Meal preparation
DDS Services
Grace and Mercy will be rendering to persons with Intellectual /Developmental disabilities and /or Mental health disorders under the auspices of the Department on Developmental disabilities (DDS). The services are:
- Supported Living
- Supported Living Periodic
- Host Home
- Respite Daily
- Companionship Services
- Individualized Day Supports.
